Return & Shipping Policy
Digital products, Final Sale items, and items sold as 'Imperfect' are not eligible for refunds.
Order cancellations are accepted up until it is stamped in the case of a personalized planner. Please email us at lindatongplanners@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Defects and misprints are rare but may happen with a planner, as certain styles are hand assembled by our manufacturer and may be prone to human error. Please contact us within 10 days if this is your case, and we will send you a replacement. Linda Tong Planners is not responsible for issues as a result of incorrect shipping information, lost, or stolen packages.
Each order is shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We are not liable for any mistakes made by USPS or the amount of time that it takes to ship after we send it to the post office. We are also not responsible for any customs or import fees when shipping internationally.
Personalized Planners are generally non-refundable since they are individually personalized for each person, unless there are special circumstances such as a manufacturing defect that we did not catch before sending it out. Each personalized planner is hand stamped, so there may be some imperfections within the monthly personalized pages. We carefully review the severity of possible mistakes before the continuation of each planner. If the request for replacement is the result of an error of our behalf in your planner, we will accommodate your request for a new planner or refund.
