Return & Shipping Policy

Digital products, Final Sale items, and items sold as 'Imperfect' are not eligible for refunds.

Order cancellations are accepted up until the shipping label is printed. Please email us at lindatongplanners@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order.

Defects and misprints are rare but may happen with a planner, as certain styles are hand assembled by our manufacturer and may be prone to human error. Please contact us within 10 days if this is your case, and we will send you a replacement. Linda Tong Planners is not responsible for issues as a result of incorrect shipping information, lost, or stolen packages.

Each order is shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We are not liable for any mistakes made by USPS or the amount of time that it takes to ship after we send it to the post office. We are also not responsible for any customs or import fees when shipping internationally.

If you would like to request a replacement, please contact us at lindatongplanners@gmail.com with your order number and reason you would like to make a return and we will respond with further instructions.
